Delivery

UK Delivery via My Hermes is charged at £5.50 (£0.50 per additional item) and takes approximately 3 days

International delivery via Interparcel is charged at £24 (£1 per additional item)and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed for a specific date. Please email me enquiries@islasimpson.co.uk if timing is crucial to placing an order & I will endeavour to do my very best to help.

Shipping is expensive, and reducing my costs is something I am conscientiously working towards.

RETURNS

I really hope you enjoy your purchase, but in the event that you are not happy with your items, Isla Simpson will exchange or refund products, provided that they are returned in the original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please email to request returns address.

Please request proof of postage. Please note that goods being sent back to Isla Simpson are your responsibility until they reach us. Isla Simpson cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty.

i live in Europe, what has changed since Brexit?

You may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees on your purchase once it arrives in your destination country. If so, you’ll be contacted by the shipping company with further information.

As a tiny business, I am sorry that I cannot absorb these potential fees, but hope to find a potentially better way as the path becomes clearer.

WHOLESALE

My model sadly cannot accommodate wholesaling my products. However, I do design products in collaboration for brands, please email me to discuss design fees enquiries@islasimpson.co.uk
